co·ven: a group of ordinary people learning to conjure their magic and make their lives more extraordinary—together.

What would it look like for you to be regular sized?

If you weren’t making yourself small to please the people around you or making yourself bigger by over-functioning in your relationships, you would just be you. Taking up exactly the amount of space you need and allowing others to meet you there.

Regular-sized you moves with ease. Speaks their mind with kindness and grace. Gives generously but not resentfully. Sets boundaries and expects that they’ll be honored. Feels sad, happy, angry, content, lonely, and delighted without judging their emotions.

Maybe you’ve already done a lot of work to become this version of yourself. Now you need a place to put all that work into practice in community.

That’s where the Coven comes in.

What if you had a circle of people practicing alongside you?

Imagine having a small group of not-yet-friends committed to showing up for one another for an entire year.

They know about the conversation you’ve been avoiding and ask how it went. You tell them about something you really want but have been afraid to say out loud. Someone sets a boundary and the rest of you help them through the discomfort that comes afterward.

And sometimes you send each other hilarious memes or gift a Coven mate a cool shell because it reminded you of them.

The Coven is a place to practice the scary (but good) feeling of really being known.

Together, we’ll practice using our voices on behalf of ourselves and the people we care about, for justice, and for new ways of being in the world that honor all people’s voices, boundaries, and desires.

We’ll use spiritual practices to help us do it. Tarot cards and altars. Guided meditations. Arts and crafts. Gentle movement. Rituals. Humming, chanting, and, if needed, screaming.

There will also be brunch.

This Coven might be calling your name if…
